Ever since the Black Mountain Pharmacy opened its doors in Kelowna over 30 years ago the philosophy of small town convenience, friendly service and genuine customer care has perpetuated the organization at every level and remains proudly embraced to this day. These are defining qualities for Paragon in an industry enamoured by its mega stores and supermarket shelf approach, which has seen personal service abandoned and customers become little more than anonymous pedestrians.

Our store and facility staff work diligently at developing long-term relationships with our customers based on acquiring an intimate knowledge of their pharmaceutical and healthcare needs. Trust and respect arise from this kind of quality interaction, as does the mutual acknowledgement that we play a relevant and valuable role in the health and welfare of those individuals and families we serve.
