Pharmacy Manager Retail
The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations in serving our communities. The Pharmacy Manager leads the Pharmacy Team in providing customer service to both clients and health care providers. Responsibilities include: development of business plans, manage and develop relationships with all current and potential customers, inventory and budget management, as well as human resources management. As the ideal candidate, you are a licensed Pharmacist with management experience. You have working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and are willing to work flexible hours. You have superior leadership and customer service skills and you are a detail oriented, self motivated team player.
Pharmacist Retail
The Pharmacist is responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in serving the community. The Pharmacist dispenses prescribed pharmaceuticals and provides customer service to both clients and health care providers. Tasks include: checking prescriptions for proper dosage, dispensing pharmaceuticals, developing relationships with customers and medical professionals and advising them, monitoring patients’ health and progress, and supervising and coordinating the activities of pharmacy technicians and other staff. The ideal candidate is a licensed Pharmacist with working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and a willingness to work flexible hours. You have superior customer service skills and are detail oriented, self motivated and a demonstrated team player.
Pharmacist Long Term Care
The Pharmacist Long Term Care is responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager Long Term Care in serving our Long Term Care customers. The Pharmacist checks orders, builds and maintains patient profiles, performs quarterly med reviews, works interdisciplinary in a team environment with nurses and physicians, maintains accurate medication strips, orders and maintains stock of pharmaceutical supplies, advises nurses and physicians, monitors residents’ health and progress to make sure their medications are working effectively, and supervises and co-ordinates the activities of pharmacy technicians. The ideal candidate is a licensed Pharmacist with working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems who is focused on accuracy, is self motivated and is a proven team player.

Pharmacy Technician Retail
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager and staff Pharmacists in serving the community. The Pharmacy Technician provides passionate customer service, and performs duties in compliance with the Standards of Practice. Tasks include: entering new clients and new prescriptions, processing refill requests, counting and labelling prescriptions, preparing blister packs, administration, assisting customers with their questions, problems and complaints, and operating a cash register. As the ideal candidate, you bring a Pharmacy Technician Diploma from a certified College and a minimum of 1 year experience in a dispensary. You have working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and are willing to work flexible hours. You have superior customer service skills and you are detail oriented, self motivated and a real team player.
Pharmacy Technician Long Term Care
Based in one of our three regional facilities, the Pharmacy Technician Long Term Care is responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager and staff Pharmacists in serving Long Term Care customers. The Pharmacy Technician performs duties in compliance with the Standards of Practice. Tasks include: entering new clients and new prescriptions, processing refill prescriptions, checking weekly medication strips, counting and labelling prescriptions, preparing blister packs, pharmacy ordering, returns and inventory, and reclamation. As the ideal candidate, you bring a Pharmacy Technician Diploma from a certified College and/or a minimum of 1 year experience in a dispensary. You have working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems, preferably Kroll. You have superior problem solving skills and you are a detail oriented, self motivated team player.
Postal Outlet Manager
The Postal Outlet Manager is responsible for managing and leading Postal Outlet operations in accordance with Paragon’s strategic objectives and standards set out by Canada Post.
Tasks include: maintaining merchandise standards and ensuring accuracy in all transactions, inventory and budget management, human resources management, sales management, and implementation of promotional and marketing programs for the store. As the ideal candidate, you bring your management experience as well as previous experience in a Postal Outlet. Your strong sales and communication skills are strengthened by your superb customer service skills. In addition, you are adaptable, flexible and self motivated.
Postal Outlet Clerk
The Postal Outlet Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of sales and support functions. Tasks include: arranging, organizing and displaying postal merchandise, handling inventory, processing orders, sorting and handling of mail. and ensuring all mail documentation is accurate and complete. As the ideal candidate, you bring your sales driven attitude and have excellent customer service skills. You are reliable, punctual and detail oriented. In addition, you are adaptable, flexible and a proven team player.
Front Store Manager
The Front Store Manager is responsible for managing and leading front store operations according to strategic objectives, policies and procedures. Tasks include: maintaining merchandise standards, inventory and budget management, sales and marketing management, leading the store team by example in delivering excellent customer service, human resources management, managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, professional contacts and the community, developing business plans to grow the store’s revenue and profitability, and developing presence in the market place. The ideal candidate for this position has strong leadership skills, is sales driven and self motivated, and has a successful track record of managing a retail organization.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of sales and support functions. Tasks include: processing orders and payments, delivering customer service, informing customers of front store products and additional services such as our Preferred Program or lottery sales, and merchandising impulse items appropriately. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent customer service and communication skills, loves to work with people, is accurate and punctual, and likes to take initiative. In addition, you are adaptable, flexible and a proven team player.
Shipper – Receiver
The Shipper - Receiver is responsible for shipping, receiving and recording the movement of stock. Tasks include: handling the incoming, outgoing, and internal movement of product, reconciling products, price and quantities, creating purchase orders, checking and coordinating paper work, identifying damaged goods, and making inventory adjustments. The ideal candidate has experience as a receiver, is detail oriented, has the ability to prioritize and has excellent communication skills. In addition, you are adaptable, flexible and a proven team player.
Merchandiser
The Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining store shelves and displaying products according to company policy. Tasks include: displaying regular replenishment and seasonal product orders, maintaining stock levels, removing outdated or damaged product from shelves, file maintenance, placing promotional signs and tickets on shelves in a timely manner, and building displays focusing on seasonal themes. The merchandiser always maintains a high level of product knowledge and has previous experience as a merchandiser. The ideal candidate has excellent display and organizational skills, is sales driven and is creative. In addition, you are adaptable, flexible and a proven team player.
