KELOWNA, British Columbia – (November 4, 2011) - Paragon Pharmacies Limited ("Paragon" or the "Corporation") advises that Kristal Kaye, Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, has left the Corporation effective October 31, 2011 and the Corporation has initiated a search for a Chief Financial Officer.|

In the interim Chris Buysen, CA, previously the Corporate Controller of the Corporation, has been appointed the Director of Finance and will have overall responsibility for financial reporting. Mr. Buysen will be the "certifying officer" for purposes of fulfilling reporting obligations with respect to the Corporation's financial disclosure requirements. Mr. Buysen has previous experience serving as both Controller and CFO of public companies.
